Graduating students must meet and submit one of the following three options:
1. Graduation Dissertation
Topic of dissertation: Food/Hospitality Company Research
Students are required to write a paper based on the following criteria:
-Research a food/hospitality company (domestic or international)
-Provide an overview of the placement, including location, type of organization, size of operation, style of service and business, and an organizational chart
-Demographic information of their target market
-Conduct a SWOT analysis
-Business outlook and forecast
2. Internship Completion (Report submission as a substitute for graduation dissertation)
Topic: Write a paper based on your internship placement
-Provide an overview of the placement, including location, type of organization, size of operation, style of service and business, and an organizational chart
-Explain why you chose this placement
Include examples of your duties and responsibilities (attach photos, recipes, etc.)
-List the top 3 things you have learned and how you plan to use this experience for your career advancement
3. Capstone Project Class Completion
-Students who have completed the Capstone Project class must refer to the attached format and submit your Capstone Project report.
* The expected submission date is December 13th. Any changes will be announced later.
