Announcement for 2026-1 Semester Internship Application
1. Eligibility
Students currently in their 3rd year (Junior) or above.
2. Internship Period
2026-1 Semester: March 3, 2026 – June 19, 2026.
3. Submission Deadline
Deadline: January 16, 2026, by 12:00 PM (Noon) KST.
a. Hard copy (in-person) submission is the standard rule.
b. If in-person submission is unavoidable, please contact 042-630-9347.
c. If phone inquiries are not possible, please email hyeongjunho@wsu.ac.kr.
4. Internship Credits
a. Maximum Internship Credits: 17 credits (You cannot receive 18 credits solely from the internship course).

Apply for 15 credits (Internship) + 3 credits (Online Course).
Apply for 12 credits (Internship) + 6 credits (Online Course).
As shown above, you can combine the internship with online courses.
c. Duration & Credit Calculation (Starts from the first day of the semester):
8 weeks (9 Credits): 2026.03.03 – 2026.04.27 (Mon)
10 weeks (12 Credits): 2026.03.03 – 2026.05.11 (Mon)
12 weeks (15 Credits): 2026.03.03 – 2026.05.25 (Mon)
15 weeks (17 Credits): 2026.03.03 – 2026.06.19 (Fri)
d. Final Report Submission: Must fulfill the minimum required hours for the credited credits.
1. Submit the internship result report within 2 weeks of completion.
2. For the 15-week course, submit by June 23, 2026 (Tue), 24:00 KST.

Courses will be opened specifically for internship applicants. Detailed instructions will be provided one week before the course registration period.

a. Eligibility: Students conducting internships abroad (International students doing internships in their home countries are not eligible).

8. Important Notes
a. The internship is invalid if it does not start within 4 weeks of the semester start date.
b. The semester internship must be at least 8 weeks and 320 hours long.
c. International Students: Cannot conduct internships within Korea (Domestic internships are not allowed).
d. The company must be related to your major and must be selected through a formal internship agreement with the university.
